Compassion in Action: Inside an Animal Shelter (Grades 6 - 12)

Take a live virtual behind-the-scenes look at the important work of an animal shelter. Students in grades 6–12 will learn how shelters rescue and rehabilitate animals, promote responsible pet ownership, and support their communities through education and adoption programs. This interactive presentation also explores careers in animal welfare, volunteer opportunities, and how small acts of compassion can make a lasting difference for both animals and people. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout this live experience.
